Payment Information
Payments will be requested to the @lgtutoring Business Venmo account or invoiced using PayPal Invoicing every 2 weeks.
Venmo: can be paid with Venmo
PayPal: can be paid with major debit/credit cards, PayPal, or Venmo
Homework
Homework can be created and assigned to help students meet learning goals. When homework is given, better success with tutoring is generally observed.
Weekly Reports:
On or before Friday, we send a weekly report regarding the past week of tutoring! For homework or weekly report examples, look at https://www.lg-tutoring.com/how-it-works.html and click on the pictures!
Cancellation Policy:
A scheduled session can be rescheduled if needed, and this generally works for any conflicts/sickness. Try to reschedule more than a day in advance of the session! If you are able to reschedule, there are no charges.
If a scheduled session is canceled within 24 hours, half the cost of the session will be charged. If a student does not show up to a session with no warning, we will send a reminder and wait for 15 minutes. If the student does not show up, we will cancel the session, charging the full session cost.
If an emergency (including sickness) occurs, cancellation charges will be waived. Fees may be waived in other cases at my discretion.
